摘要：The concept of the $p$-sylowizers of $p$-subgroups in finite groups was introduced by W. Gasch\{u}tz, a group theorist from German, in 1971. In this talk, we shall introduce the research background and related problems on the $p$-sylowizers of $p$-subgroups. In particular, we shall report our works on the conjugacy of the $p$-sylowizers of given $p$-subgroups and the influence of the embedding properties, such as permutability, cover-avoidance property and quantitative property, of the $p$-sylowizers of certain $p$-subgroups on the structure of a finite group.

报告人简介：雷东霖，苏州大学理学博士，现为西北大学讲师/博士后。主要从事有限群结构及其应用的研究，在Bull. Sci. Math.，Mediterr. J. Math.，Comm. Algebra等国际期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项，参与面上项目两项。
