    摘要：Based on the fact that every finite-dimensional algebra over a field is isomorphic to the centralizer algebra of two matrices, we study representations of algebras by centralizer algebras of matrices. This is a new point of view to look at general finite-dimensional algebras and related topics. The natural and fundamental question is to consider first the centralizer algebra of one matrix, called a centralizer matrix algebra. In this talk we study the stable equivalences of module categories of centralizer matrix algebras, and present a complete characterization of stable equivalences for centralizer matrix algebras. This talk reports a work jointly with Xiaogang Li.

    报告人简介：惠昌常，首都师范大学特聘教授、博士生导师，教育部长江学者特聘教授。于联邦德国Bielefeld大学获得博士学位，长期致力于代数表示论、同调代数、导出范畴与代数K-理论等领域的研究，取得了突出的学术成果，在Adv. Math.，J. Reine Angew. Math.，Proc. London Math. Soc.，Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.，Math. Ann.，Comm. Math. Phys.，Sci. China Math.等国际重要数学期刊发表论文90余篇。曾以第一完成人获教育部科技进步二等奖，并荣获德国“年轻杰出学者洪堡奖”。多次受邀在国际代数学术会议上作大会报告，主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金重点项目。现任《Journal of Algebra》《Archiv der Mathematik》等国际知名数学期刊编委。
