报告人简介：葛剑，北京师范大学教授，博士生导师，国家高层次青年人才入选者。主要研究领域为Alexandrov几何和黎曼几何。在Amer. J. Math, Adv. Math, Math. Ann, Crelle’s Journal等国际著名期刊发表多篇学术论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，北京市自然科学基金项目多项，参与国家重大项目1项。

报告摘要：In this talk we discuss the volume growth problem raised by Gromov for open manifold with positive scalar curvature and nonnegative sectional or Ricci curvature assumption.
